  • USA Holidays (minimum rental period 7 days .1 week before holidays and 1 week after holidays + the holiday time 20% additional charge)

  • Holidays: All villas will be rented and charged for the rental amount for the maximum guest amount (also if the “real” amount of guest will be lower than the maximum allowed amount)

  • For additional guest (not listed in the rental agreement) will be a charge per night and per person $ 45,- plus 11,5% tax (if the price should be not listed in our price list for this amount of guest)

    wir hatten eine super schöne und unvergessliche Zeit in der Villa.

    Die Zeit verging viel zu schnell. Wir vermissen Florida schon. Es ist immer zu kurz.

    The property is well appointed. Iwona was very responsive before, during and after our stay. The pool area is particularly nice! The pool is large with a beautiful water view .. a very enjoyable get-a-way ..

    This was a beautiful house and pool, with everything and more that we were looking for to get away from the winter weather up north. Our hostess, Iwona Hofmann, was wonderful and quite attentive to our every need. We had an issue with the dishwasher and she responded to it immediately. I would highly recommend this property and this hostess.

    so, nun sind wir wieder im Alltag angekommen. Der Jetlag ist bewältigt und ebenso der Berg auf dem Schreibtisch. Langsam finden wir uns nun im Alltag wieder.

    Doch oft denken wir voller Freude an die schöne und erlebnisreiche Zeit in Florida zurück und speziell natürlich an unsere schöne Ferienvilla.
